Alain Boisvert Leads the Way for Lafrance Performance With Second Place Finish at Autodrome Granby; Several Others With Top Ten Results

Lafrance Performance just missed victory lane over the weekend as several drivers posted top five and top 10 finishes using Lafrance Performance power at area race tracks including Autodrome Granby, Autodrome Drummond, Brockville Speedway and Mohawk International Raceway.

Alain Boisvert led the way at Autodrome Granby with a strong second place finish on Friday night. Gino and Mario Clair also had top ten finishes at Granby.

Last week at Mohawk, Travis Stacey recorded a strong fifth place finish at MIR, while Chris Raabe posted a second place result. Jason Riddell had a top five at Brockville Speedway.

At Autodrome Drummond this week, Dominic Dufault was the top finishing Lafrance Performance driver, coming in sixth place. Gino Clair also had a top ten finish at Drummond.

The Lafrance Performance performer of the week for this week goes to Alain Boisvert with his second place finish on Friday night at Autodrome Granby.

Mario Clair Takes Lafrance Performance Power to Victory Lane on Friday Night at Autodrome Granby

After a win last week at RPM Speedway Mario Clair parked his Lafrance Performance powered Modified in Victory lane again this week at Autodrome Granby on Friday night. On Saturday night, Gino Clair had a solid second place finish, with other Lafrance performance cars strong inside the top ten.

Lafrance Performance had a good night at Granby on Friday night. In addition to the 50 lap win for Mario Clair, his brother Gino had a 7th place result and Alain Boisvert finished in 9th.

At Autodrome Drummond the following night, it was Gino Clair with a strong second place finish, highlighting the evening for the Lafrance Performance camp. Dominique Dufault also had a strong finish, coming in sixth place in the 75 lap feature.

Lafrance Performance Parades to Victory Lane as Boisvert Wins at Autodrome Granby and Mario and Gino Clair Split Victories at RPM

After an impressive run at Cornwall Speedway last week in the 100 lap Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series using his Lafrance Performance Small Block, Alain Boisvert backed that up with another great night at Autodrome Granby this past Friday night, picking up his first feature win of the season. Mario and Gino Clair also used their Lafrance Performance motors split twin 40 lap features at Le RPM Speedway.

At Autodrome Granby on Friday night, Boisvert powered to the lead on lap 23 of the 50 lap main event and held strong over the final half of the race to claim victory. Gino Clair finished strong in fourth place.

Lafrance Performance motors made it to Victory Lane twice at Le RPM Speedway as Mario and Gino Clair split the victories on Saturday night. Gino Clair dominated the first 40 lap event that also had Dominic Dufault in sixth place with his Lafrance Performance power followed by Mario Clair in 7th. Mario Clair took home the win in the second 40 lap race, taking the lead on lap 27.
