Twice is Nice as Lafrance Performance Goes to Victory Lane With Gino Clair at Autodrome Granby and Dominic Dufault at Le RPM Speedway

With rainouts all around last week, Lafrance Performance engines sat idle, but they were roaring for action this week when they returned to action at local Speedway’s in Quebec and Ontario.

Gino Clair got the great weekend started with his win at Autodrome Granby on Friday night, with fellow Lafrance Performance client and sibling Mario Clair finishing in second place. Alain Boisvert also had a strong night with a seventh place finish. Gino started in fifth and drove to the front of the pack just past the half way point of the 30 lap event.

The following night at RPM Speedway, Dominic Dufault made his way to victory lane, picking up a great win in the first of two 40 lap features of the night. Mario Clair finished the race in second place, while Gino produced another strong performance finishing in fifth. In the second feature, Mario Clair led the Lafrance Performance team with a third place finish while, Dominic Dufault and Gino Clair finished fifth and sixth respectively.

With his outstanding win on Saturday night, Dominic Dufault is this week’s Lafrance Performance driver of the week.

Jason Riddell is Lafrance Performance Performer of the Week After a Near Win in 60 Lap Feature on Saturday Night at Brockville Speedway

It was another solid week for Lafrance Performance this past week as our clients battled at Autodrome Granby, Le RPM Speedway, Brockville Speedway and Cornwall Speedway.

Alain Boisvert topped the list at Autodrome Granby on Friday night with a strong sixth place finish, while Mario Clair led the Lafrance Performance team at Le RPM Speedway on Saturday. The highlight of the week came at Brockville Speedway as Jason Riddell drove his Lafrance Performance powered car to a second place finish, and almost won their 60 lap main event on Saturday night. Riddell led from lap 30 to lap 55, and battled back to lead one more lap as the final laps counted down.

With his outstanding finish on Saturday night at Brockville, Jason Riddell is this week’s Lafrance Performance performer of the week winner.

“Super” Mario Clair Goes to Victory Lane at Autodrome Drummond With His Lafrance Performance Powered Small Block Modified

After posting several top five and top 10 finishes last week, Lafrance Performance returns to victory lane this past weekend with Mario Clair at Autodrome Drummond.

Clair took the lead on lap 40 of the 75 lap main event and never looked backed picking up the win. Clair also had a 7th place finish in a 50 lap event at Autodrome Granby and sixth at Cornwall in their 100 lap Canadian Nationals Series. Clair is the current points leader in the Canadian Nationals with one event remaining.

Alain Boisvert and Gino Clair both took their Lafrance Performance powered cars to top 10 finishes at Granby while Dominic Dufault accomplished the same at Autodrome Drummond.
